My approach is mainly solution oriented, and I am convinced that everyone wants to learn.
I see myself as companion on the journey to yourself and as guide to your own, best solutions: so (u) lutions. Solutions that really fit for you and are coherent with you and your system.

My training and many years of experience in the field of psychology and intercultural communication have always been both personal and professional interest. In my consulting, coaching and training sessions, I merge tools from my different professional experiences, such as creative writing or creative methods to broaden your perspective.
